4 en effet je suis un peu partagée ... La conseillère de vente qui s'est occupée de moi à mon arrivée n'était pas avenante du tout mais tout s'est arrangé au moment de l'encaissement (réalisé par une autre personne, certainement la responsable de la boutique, laquelle était professionnelle et chaleureuse).
