Erreur sur la pointure dans le fichier client. Très peu de couleurs en magasin. J’ai acheté un modèle qui n’était pas à ma pointure à cause d’une erreur dans le fichier client. Après m’être rendue compte de l’erreur, j’ai souhaité un remboursement car les couleurs dans ma bonne pointure ne me plaisaient pas. La vendeuse n’a rien voulu savoir, m’a tenu un discours assez dédaigneux.
J’achèterai en ligne la prochaine fois.
