J'ai acheté un produit en solde. Après l'avoir testé, il s'avère qu'il ne répond pas aux attentes (antenne TV d'intérieur, avec laquelle je n'ai pu capter aucune chaine, je sais que ma télé est fonctionnelle car lorsque je la branche là où est l'arrivée de l'antenne TV du toit, les chaines sont correctement captées). J'ai ramené ce produit , on m'a indiqué "produit soldé : on ne le reprend pas". Or je ne vois cette mention nulle part sur le ticket de caisse.
