Bonjour.
Nous sommes de grands clients conforama et avions l'habitude d'effectuer la plus part de nos achats dans cette enseigne. Nous sommes très souvent très bien accueilli et bien renseigné.
Mais aujourd'hui la vendeuse a été très froide et distante elle nous a mal renseigné car pour elle la hotte décorative n'avait pas de filtre à charbon et ce n'est pas le cas. Car une fois que j'ai ouvert le colis sur le parking il était à l'intérieur du colis... bref vendeuse a revoir sur sa prestation !!!!!
