Ma commande était en cours de préparation depuis une semaine alors qu elle était prête. Je n'ai pas eu de message comme quoi elle était prête et le statut en cours de préparation était encore mis. Je suis allé voir directement au magasin pour savoir si c'était prêt. Donc je ne suis pas satisfaite de ne pas avoir été prévenu que je pouvais aller chercher ma commande.

Sur 6 chaises acheté pour un sacré budget, 1 chaise défaillante ont nous donne celle de demo avec des griffes sur le dossier de celle-ci sans geste commercial... à 60€ la chaise, un geste co n'aurait pas été de refus.
