La caissière était dérangée par ce que je lui ai demandé le ticket papier, elle m'a répondu sèchement qu'il était envoyé par mail. J'ai insisté car on a dû mal à recevoir les mails. Je l'ai eu après une très très longue attente. Ce genre de personne fait fuir les clients.!!!
