La garantie supplémentaire remboursée est une arnaque, elle m'a été refusée après avoir passé un temps infini pour l'activer. Je demande donc le remboursement de cette garantie. Le vendeur m'ayant forcé à la prendre, malgré ma réticence.

1) A mon arrivée devant le drive j'ai appelé le numéro que l'on m'avait envoyé par SMS, j'ai appelé plusieurs fois sans réponse. Du coup je suis rentrée dans l'espace Drive SAV.
2) J'étais stationner sur une place handicapé qui indique mon état de santé, le produit déposé comme une merde à la sortie du drive. Aucune aide pour un produit un peu lourd.
