Sms disant d’appeler depuis le parking…sans réponse…je vais du coup à la réception…personnel en train de boire le café à la machine ou qui fume dehors…
La partie livraison internet une seule personne dispo qui explique qu’elle ne peut pas répondre au tel et servir en même temps…
Organisation à revoir je pense…ou personnel à embaucher pour fluidifier tout cela…
