Suite à un problème avec un matelas, j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir communiquer avec le directeur Mr. Alexis. Ensemble, nous avons réussi à trouver une solution. Un grand MERCI pour votre humanité et votre compréhension. Je tiens à remercier le vendeur Thomas qui a été excellent pour nous aider à choisir un nouveau matelas. Et non seulement il était super compétent, comme il avait déjà terminé son horaire de travail, mais il ne nous a quand même pas laissé tomber. Il nous à accompagner jusqu'au bout. Personnel au top. Même la caissière était super sympa et avec un grand sourire . Rare dans les jours d'aujourd'hui trouver des gens comme ça. Un grand merci pour votre service client....
