On a tenter de me refiler le modèle expo abîmé. Un problème peut arrivé dans une livraison mais on voit le sérieux d’une entreprise dans la gestion de crise.j’aurais apprécié que l’on me propose une solution

Le vendeur a procédé à une commande d’un produit qui ne pouvait être commandé que sur internet en me promettant un retrait magasin. J’ai fait le déplacement pour retirer mon achat. On a tenté de me refiler le modèle expo abîmé. C’est lamentable.
