je suis allée régler le solde de mon achat , on m'avait téléphoné le matin même pour me dire que je serai livrée le vendredi 29/07/22 mais je devais payer le solde pour cela. arrivée à la caisse du magasin on me dit que je ne devais plus rien (pas possible) j'insiste ah oui je dois encore 311€ (bravo je gagné) ;ensuite on me dit que la livraison n'est pas prévue (pas possible) bref après un bon quart d'heure tout est enfin cadré(ouf!!!) pas top tout ça .
