Après l'achat d'une couette 200×200 et erreur de taille de ma part on me refuse l'échange pour une 240×220 sous prétexte qu'elle a juste été sorti de son emballage. Achat d'une autre couette ailleurs du coup. Ils ne sont plus prêt de me voir et ils peuvent supprimer mon compte de chez eux...
