Bonjour. Matelas +sommier en promotion acheté le 20 avril 2023 en magasin. Date de livraison annoncée sur le site sous 3 semaines. Sur la facture, on découvre un délai au dimanche 4 juin soit 3 semaines de plus . Le 4 juin je reçois un SMS pour m'annoncer un retard de livraison, sans précision pour un nouveau délai. Le 08 juin je reçois un SMS pour m'avertir de l'arrivée de ma commande. Client de longue date, je suis très déçu par cette évolution du Conforama de Andelnans. Au final j'ai attendu 7 S au lieu de 3S et il m'a été impossible d'appeler ce magasin pour avoir un nouveau délai sans passer par un numéro taxé. Ca sera mon dernier achat au Conforama. Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation mais sans moi.
