Je n'ai pas pu essayé cet oreiller en magasin et il ne me convient pas. Après avoir appelé le SAV, impossible d'obtenir le magasin de Besançon et je ne sais pas si la magasin acceptera de me reprendre ce produit. Bien évidemment, je n'ai pas été informée de ce détail, la non-reprise.
