Les vendeurs et le magasin très bien, l'accueil des intervenants de la hot line très bien mais des automatismes informatiques très mal conçus et un irritant de taille à savoir l'obligation de passer par une hotline payante - y compris l'attente - pour des difficultés imputables à Conforama (mon tel n'a pas l'option "appel payant"; quelle galère pour trouver un intervenant qui de plus vous redemande tout ce que vous avez saisi sur un serveur vocal) .
