Rdv 15h30. Arrivée 15h35. J'appelle le numéro reçu par SMS et on me dit de me présenter au guichet du retrait marchandises. 15h55 toujours pas servie. Une hôtesse me demande si on s'est occupé de moi. Je réponds que ça fait déjà 20 minutes que j'attends. Franchement service à revoir totalement. Non respect de le procédure drive. Vous martelez vos clients avec des mails sur la procédure à suivre et vous ne le faites pas.
