Concernant la livraison nous n’avons eu aucune information. Contraint d’appeler à plusieurs reprises le service client mais sans avoir d’aides ou avancées pour autant. Tout cela a occasionné du retard à la livraison. A 35€ les frais de livraison, c’est dommage pour un magasin qui me semblait de qualité.

Elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions. La personne a l'encaissement à été aussi très professionnelle et très sympathique.
