Enormément d'attente. Une seule caisse d'ouverte un samedi après midi, mais des conseillers qui gloussent entre eux dans les rayons et n'accordent que peu de temps lorsqu'on demande un conseil.. Ma femme étant enceinte et ne pouvant pas supporter la chaleur du magasin et l'attente a été demandé à une caissière s'il y avait une caisse prioritaire. Réponse négative, mais l'hotesse nous a fait passer devant tout le monde. Elle a été rapide et sympathique. Cependant une erreur de prix a été faite, un tapis affiché à -50% dans le magasin et sur le site, notre carte fidélité ayant pourtant bien été scannée, mais en voyant le ticket de caisse envoyé par email, nous nous sommes rendus compte de l'erreur..
