Je donne cette note car à aucun moment quand on choisit un paiement 5 fois sans frais on ne nous préviens que l’on va devoir payer 15 € de frais de carte Conforama et qu’il faudra également payer 15 € dans 1 an sans qu’il soit possible de résilier avant. Je trouve ce procédé malhonnête, le client devrait en être averti au départ. Par contre les qualités professionnelles de la vendeuse et de la personne chargée des formalités sont excellentes.
