Rendez-vous au Drive. La personne m a indiqué que je devais aller chercher ma commande dans le magasin. Dans le magasin, ma commande était prête (2 matelas). J ai demandé de l aide pour m accompagner jusqu’à ma voiture. La personne m’a répondu que ce n était pas. Cela signifiait débrouille toi. Le commercial n était apparemment pas son point fort, ni son envie de travailler. Très déçue du service.
