J ai acheté un matelas et oreillers pour une somme de 800 euros et personne n est en capacité de m adresser la date et l heure de livraison. On m à dit que je trouverais les infos sur ma facture mais je n ai aucune info. On le dit si si , ça a été validé mais je n ai aucune trace écrite.Voys pensez que c est normal ? Merci
