Personnelles du magasins très gentil et à disposition, par contre le SAV et l'endroit ou on retire les colis, le personnel ne veux pas ce prendre la tête n'y répondre aux questions, on a l'impression de les dérangé, dommage. Une équipe très sympathique et une qui ne veux pas travailler ou le moins possible...
