La visite sans soucis. Mais commander sur le Web, recevoir un message de disponibilité de la marchandise avec retrait possible. Acter un rendez-vous 48h00 après réception de la disponibilité et arrivée au dépôt, où les employés ne trouvent pas le colis, qui n'est pas encore livré. Fort heureusement l'un d'eux note mon téléphone et m'appellera par la suite confirmant la bonne réception de l'appareil dans leur dépôt. Bref attention à l'informatique qui prend le dessus par rapport à l'humain, faisant faire des aller et retour couteux pour rien.
