Bien accueuilli, bien renseigné et démarches facturière effectuées avec célérité et beaucoup de compréhension. J'ai également signalé que l'appareil remplacé, une machine a laver ARISTON Hotpoint, n'avait que 3 ans. et un tambour qui s'est littéralement dessoudé. Je ne suis pas satisfait de ce produit et ne lui ferait pas bonne réclame
