La patronne est fort désagréable avec son employée à chaque fois et l humilié en public Un comportement comme celui là ne devrait pas existé Cependant la patronne est de très bon conseil et je suis une cliente régulière mais si elle pouvait être plus agréable avec sa collaboratrice cela serait plus agréable pour les clients

In your store have two sales ladys. One is taller than another one. The taller one is blond woman, and gives a lot of orders to anther one, so I guess the taller one is the store manager. At beginning I was be serviced by the sales, it was nice. But since the manager arrived to the store, your store's atmosphere are totally changed. Suddenly this store feels like her territory. She walk so loud with her high heel. And speak so loud. She gives a lot of order to another sales. When I ask her is there have a new piece of scarf. Her answer are so stiff and cold. I really feel that I just want to leave without buying anything. Because I really love the product so at the end I have to stop her talking with me and let another sales continue to service me. Even though the manager still disturb the sales by asking questions. I think Devernois is a luxury brand. If she is the manager I would feel very sorry for the brand and her college. I have 5 years experience of luxury sales and trainer. Dev
