Accueil déplorable … tout est un problème !!!
difficile d’obtenir ma remise anniversaire .. … 10 jours après la retouche n’est pas faite …me dit que la retouche n’était pas payée ( j’ai dû lui présenter mon ticket de caisse ) et en présence du ticket me dit qu’elle ne sait pas comment me rembourser…longues attentes …et .3 déplacements pour un bas de pantalon simple !
Très déçue par la nouvelle gérante qui ne semble pas du tout à l’aise avec la gestion de ce magasin .
