Les personnes présentes parlent beaucoup de sur leurs collègues et on comprend bien que l'ambiance de travail n'est pas bonne. Même certaines personnes disent bien fort que le la gestion du personnel est très mauvaise. Les clients n'ont pas à le savoir. Cela ne donne pas une bonne image du magasin.
