2 vendeurs à priori sur des taches d’inventaire ou d’envoi de colis, qui ont pris tout leur temps avant de s’occuper de mon encaissement. J’ai bien du attendre trois minutes face à la caisse avec ces messieurs juste derrière le comptoir, sans un mot pour moi. Bref en dessous du rôle d’un vendeur représentant de la marque digne de ce nom. Je cherche encore leurs compétences.

Responsable incompétent, son collègue me confirme que le produit peut-être remboursé mais lors d’un appel avec le responsable du magasin, il me dit que non. C’est déplorable
