Cliente fidèle depuis une dizaine d'année, je suis très déçue des mes dernières expériences dans cette boutique pour deux raisons. La première, le changement de style des collections tant au niveau des couleurs, des formes et des coupes des articles depuis le rachat de la marque. La deuxième, le renouvellement total des membres du personnel de la boutique Kookaï Limoges depuis cet été qui laisse place à des vendeuses moins agréables et moins compétentes qui représentent mal la marque. Ces mauvaises expériences répétées m'ont conduite d'autres marques concurrentes.
