I bought for more than 3000 euro's and there is nothing for the customer!

That could be the raison for me not to return to your stores.
The staff was very good, I asked for "may be" a small "something"
The staff said that they are not allowed to do what so ever.
That is really not good!!
Hope you do something with the information.
By the way : I'm very into this because it is my job and passion over the last 20 year.
