Dear Sir or Madam from Customer Service Team of MAX&MOI,
I bought a coat on last Saturday (16.10.2021). However, I wanted to return the item under the Consumer Protection Act. The experience I had with MAX&MOI is VERY BAD because the return policy is only exchangeable with the same value Coupon (bon d’achat) of purchased item. Even though it's possible from the law text. But I had a few uncomfortable experience as follows:
1. I had not been informed about the returning policy before the purchasing. The Satff said the Coupon (bon d’achat) is ONLY allowed to use within 6 months AND in the same shop when I wanted to return it 6days later (22.10.2021). This suspected offense “Information Asymmetry” for consumer purchasing as this also would influence my purchasing will.
2. The Coupon (bon d’achat) is ONLY allowed to use within 6 months AND in the same shop.
However, the staff said that the new season come normally on August and February which means that I have to choose something

Accueil parfait, j’aime beaucoup l’ambiance de cette boutique. Quant aux articles, j’ai trouvé mon bonheur, ce qui n’était pas difficile étant donné les belles pièces qu’il y a!!!
