J’ai rien trouvé qui me plaise . Pas assez de choix pour moi . Je suis aussi déçu de ne plus pouvoir réclamer mon cadeau d’anniversaire de 50 € . Difficile s’il n’y a pas un grand choix en stock . Toujours le même en stock . Sauf pour 2-3 pièces

Le TEP dând votare magazin ne fonctionne pas. J’ai du essayer plusieurs fois payer avec différentes cartes bancaires et puis courir pour trouver un distributeur d’argent. J’ai perdu énormément de temps.

Pas grand choses de nouveau

A ma grande déception en arrivant chez moi, j'ai découvert que ce n'était pas la bonne taille. J'avais pourtant précisé que je voulais du L et on m'a mis du M dans le paquet. Du coup lundi je vais devoir appeler la boutique et refaire 68km pour faire l'échange. C'est vraiment décevant.

Dear Sir or Madam from Customer Service Team of MAX&MOI, I bought a coat on last Saturday (16.10.2021). However, I wanted to return the item under the Consumer Protection Act. The experience I had with MAX&MOI is VERY BAD because the return policy is only exchangeable with the same value Coupon (bon d’achat) of purchased item. Even though it's possible from the law text. But I had a few uncomfortable experience as follows: 1. I had not been informed about the returning policy before the purchasing. The Satff said the Coupon (bon d’achat) is ONLY allowed to use within 6 months AND in the same shop when I wanted to return it 6days later (22.10.2021). This suspected offense “Information Asymmetry” for consumer purchasing as this also would influence my purchasing will. 2. The Coupon (bon d’achat) is ONLY allowed to use within 6 months AND in the same shop. However, the staff said that the new season come normally on August and February which means that I have to choose something
