Oui, j'étais contente car je cherchais un pantalon en particulier et une vendeuse expérimentée a expliqué à une personne plus jeune et peut-être plus "nouvelle" comment le chercher à l'arrière, comment le modèle s'appelait, etc. J'ai trouvé cette communication et attention appréciables : transmettre et partager son expérience discrètement. C'était efficace et du point de vue humain, bien agréable.
