C’est inutile de commander à emporter si la marchandise n’est pas prête qd on arrive 5heures après la commande. Ca va plus vite d’aller en magasin….concept à revoir, dommage

Déçus par le service après vente, impossible à joindre au téléphone , prétendant de plus n'avoir pas reçu les documents demandés alors que j'en avais l'accusé de réception , remboursement incomplet par le service "Excellence"......dommage, dommage .
