Bonjour
Je n'ai rien à dire par rapport à ma visite au magasin. J'ai été très bien reçu. Très agréable.
Je tenais juste à dire que le sytème de facturation est compliqué chez Conforama.
Il m'a fallu plus d'une semaine pour réussir à obtenir une facture par rapport à un ticket de caisse.
J'ai fait appel en premier au service client en ligne qui m'a renvoyé mon ticket de caisse à 2 reprises et non pas la facture.
Je me suis donc déplacé dans votre magasin qui a pu m'établir ma facture. Cependant, il y a un faute d'orthographe sur mon adresse de facturation. Apparemment pas modifiable selon les indications de l'otesse qui a géré ma demande.
Dommage que votre système soit si peu souple.
