J’avais acheté en février 2023 réf 723972 67766 matelas gonflable INTEX garanti 3 ans. Défaut constaté après 5 utilisations normales : se dégonfle systématiquement. Nécessité d’avoir un matelas ce jour pour petit fils. Aucun échange possible en magasin. Délai de réponse fabriquant 3-4 semaines. J’ai racheté ce jour un second matelas par obligation en l’absence de service conforama ! J’attends donc 1 le remplacement du 1Er achat par le fournisseur et la reprise remboursement de cet échange par conforama.
