Worst customer service ever. Bought 216€ of goods via the website on Sunday, paid for them, and when I went to collect the next day, found that they had sold them all! They had sold the items that I had bought and paid for! I travelled to Limoges, waited an hour and they just said we can give you a refund. No apology, no attempt to make it better. I consider this to be breach of contract and will be getting legal advice!

J'ai été récupéré ma commande,passé le samedi et qui avait été réglée, le lundi a 14h avec le rendez vous en ligne , je suis arrivée avec 10min d'avance et 45 min pour une prise en charge et récupérer ma commande. Très déçu ! L'organisation es a revoir ! Plus jamais
