J’ai acheté un canapé jeudi dernier pour aménager mon fils et j’ai constaté en arrivant à 400 kms de mon domicile qu’il était endommagé j’ai signalé le problème en téléphonant vendredi soir et en adressant un mail je suis allée chez Conforama à Chartres pour le changer mais plus en stock et les autres canapés ne nous convenaient pas (trop grands ou pas convertibles)
Je vais donc le ramener à mon retour la semaine prochaine et demander le remboursement
