Attente interminable lors du retrait de la marchandise. La personne au comptoir fait de son mieux mais il est difficile pour elle de répondre à l’attente des clients étant seule pour tout gérer. Une re distribution de la charge de travail serait une excellente initiative prise par la direction du magasin
