Heureusement que je me suis rendu au magasin confo de Belfort ,(j'habite à 10 kms) , car les démarches au téléphone, pour régler un petit problème de livraison sur une commande payée , étaient beaucoup trop compliquées . Le SAV téléphonique est à revoir si vous ne voulez pas perdre des clients . J'étais à 2 doigts d'annuler ma commande ,et me faire rembourser . Sur place ,au magasin de Belfort , tout à été réglé en moins de 5 minutes . BRAVO !
