I placed an order for 4 items based on all the items I wanted were in stock (I checked) I received a confirmation telling me that if they weren't in stock, then i would get an sms saying when they were. I had no sms so went to collect. I item in stock, 2 others "maybe" Thursday and 1 item "don't know,maybe never". Not very good. The only good thing about the experience was your lovely man in the collection department that explained very clearly the problem. The rest seems to be your system. If the other 2 items don't arrive this week, I will be cancelling the entire order. Bad customer service

Rapidité pour obtenir l'achat (en l'occurrence un sommier )
Nous sommes clients depuis très longtemps et jamais déçus .
