achat tapis sous les néons, sans protection, tapis nickel.Arrivé à la maison , le tapis est vraiment trop clair. Décision de prendre un tapis plus foncé , donc retour au magasin et là : acceuil déplorable, discusion impossible , responsable pas au fait des conditions de retour et 3 caissières incompétentes et hautaines. Résultat: client perdu définitivement pour 119€ !! Conforama Bourges pas de problème pour acheter mais incompétent pour échange. 1 étoile est dèjà de trop.
