J'ai rencontré un problème dans le montage du fauteuil. De retour au service après-vente, M. Gardy a pris en compte mon problème avec bienveillance, compétence et un grand professionalisme. Il a devant moi effectué le montage en me donnant tous les conseils utiles pour ce genre d'exercice. J'ai rarement vu une telle disponibilité et suis agréablement surpris.
