La gérante est très présente auprès de ses clientes qu elle appelle par leur nom ( les reconnaître malgré le masque....) et connait également la langue dans laquelle elles s'expriment. Et oui nous sommes en Belgique.

La visite hier au magasin Devernois à Wilrijk nous a beaucoup plu, comme toujours. Cependant, nous avons manqué gérante Caroline qui avait un jour de congé (que nous la souhaitons de tout coeur). Sa remplaçante a fait bien, mais "c'est pas la même chose" :)
