La vendeuse, occupée à la caisse avec d’autres clients, a « zappé » mon tour. L’attente était un peu longue avant que la taille demandée me soit proposée, et après que d’autres clients arrivés après moi ait été servi. La personne s’en est rendu compte et a présenté ses excuses.
