Ne vaut t il pas mieux proposer à une cliente d'essayer une robe, même si ce n'est pas sa taille habituelle, plutôt que de sous entendre qu'elle est trop forte pour la taille choisie. Finalement la cliente avait raison, contrairement à ce que pensait la vendeuse.
