on c'est fait arnaquer avec l'assurance qui devait être remboursée mais il fallait donner son mot de passe et ça pas question un rib aurait du faire l'affaire.

le vendeur m'avait assuré que l'extension de garantie ( 99 €) me serait remboursé en bons d'achat lors de la cinquieme année de mon achat actuel. Il ne m'a pas precisé que ce bon d'achat ne vaudrait dans le magasin HORMIS l'electromenager. SES explications ont été insuffisantes et trop peu precises.
