Je suis venu au SAV pour un ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas sous garantie. On m’a fait un avoir je suis donc allé dans le magasin pour trouver le même ventilateur. Par change j’ai retrouvé le même mais à la caisse j’ai présenté mon avoir et la caissiére m’a demandé de régler 10 € car celui ci avait augmenté. Je viens pour un échange sous garantie es ce normal de devoir payer. Surtout si on reprend le même modèle ! Drôle de façon de faire ! Donc pas très content !
