Magasin Conforama Bergerac : nul. J'ai acheté une hotte aspirante dans votre magasin. En arrivant chez moi, après l'avoir déballée, j'ai constaté qu'il y avait un gros choc sur la face avant. Je suis revenu au magasin. Après contrôle, le responsable du service après-vente m'a dit qu'il n'avait rien en stock. J'ai demandé à avoir celle qui était en présentation. Le directeur ou la directrice a refusé. J'ai demandé d'annuler la commande, car j'avais pris une carte Conforama pour la régler en trois fois. J'en ai commandé une chez Cdiscount. En attendant, j'ai fait environ 150 km pour rien. Merci Conforama.
