J ai acheté un téléviseur le 23/03.
Et quand j ai ouvert l emballage ...
L écran de la TV était cassé.. comme un coup porté dessus.
Que puis-je faire.. cela ne vient pas de mon fait. L emballage aurait dû être ouvert dans le magasin..

Vendeur très bien, par contre caissière hote de caisse 342 pas agréable du tout par rapport à notre dernier achat pour un réfrigérateur également du 21/02/2025 hote de caisse 026 très agréable. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre ce comportement, il a fallu insisté pour avoir un ticket facture papier . On semble l'ennuyer et j'en passe...Rarement vu ce genre de comportement.
